About the Role

~1 min read- →Support and manage Corporate Solutions operational processes across various stages, including new business submissions, policy renewals, and member movement activities, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- →Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including Claims, Finance, IT, and other cross-functional teams, to ensure seamless operations and prompt resolution of issues.
- →Prepare Corporate Solutions-related reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs), operational performance, and business insights.
- →Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies by maintaining accurate records, documentation, and process controls.
- →Support the administration of CRM and policy management systems, ensuring data accuracy, completeness, and timely updates.
- →Process Corporate Solutions premium payments, medical reimbursements, and refunds accurately and within established service timelines.
- →Respond to inquiries from cross-functional teams regarding Corporate Solutions policies and operational matters within agreed turnaround times.
- →Monitor and maintain the accuracy of policy and member data while identifying and escalating discrepancies when necessary.
- →Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and customer experience.
- →Perform any other duties and responsibilities assigned by the supervisor or management from time to time to meet operational and business requirements.

Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor's degree in business administration, Management, Finance, Insurance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations, administration, insurance, or a related function.
- Strong ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Good analytical and problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric mindset.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills in both English and Myanmar.
- Positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility, and eagerness to learn and develop professionally.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Communicate and collaborate regularly with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Claims, Finance, IT, Customer Service, and other relevant departments, to ensure smooth operational processes and timely issue resolution.
- Coordinate with sales forces and agents on Corporate Solutions-related operational matters, policy administration, and customer inquiries.
- Liaise with vendors and suppliers, particularly for policy printing, document management, and other operational support services.
- Maintain professional communication with external parties to ensure service delivery standards and operational requirements are met.
