• Contribute to the development of AIA’s AI/ML Solution by identifying emerging technologies and methodologies aligned with business goals.
• Support the definition of AI roadmaps and help embed innovative capabilities into products and services that enhance customer and agency experiences.
• Translate research findings into actionable insights and collaborate with stakeholders to inform product and technology decisions.
• Evaluate integration risks and ensure smooth deployment of AI components into existing systems.
• Establish evaluation metrics and frameworks to monitor model performance, accuracy, and robustness.
• Continuously refine and optimize models to meet performance and reliability standards across diverse use cases
• Participate in agile development processes, including sprint planning, backlog refinement, and iterative delivery.
• Support the implementation of AI governance frameworks and ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
• Document technical solutions and contribute to AIA’s internal knowledge base to foster collaboration and reuse.
• Oversee the implementation of AI solutions, ensuring adherence to architectural principles and coding standards.
