Be the direct liaison officer between partnering distributors and AIA internal stakeholders, bridging the operation disparity between partnering firms to AIA standards of business.

Support distribution channel initiatives for process improvements, participate in providing conceptualized feedback for betterment of current processes.

Handle enquiries and requests from partners through calls and emails within the agreed turnaround time, managing of document submissions (tracking and routing).

Ensure timely and accurate processing by respective internal stakeholders, relaying completion updates and deliverables to hands of customers via partners.

Responsible for coordination and preparation and documenting of team meetings.

Maintain and update team manual to ensure all new workflows and guidelines are incorporated and documented accurately.

Uphold compliance to all IT and Compliance guidelines.

Any other duties as assigned by Manager and/or HOD.
Degree or Diploma
At least 3-5 years of experience (preferably in Insurance Operations) or Policy Servicing or equivalent experience in Client servicing.
Related insurance qualifications such as M5, M9 and LOMA would be an advantage.
Able to work independently and with a team in a dynamic environment.
Self-starter who constantly strives for excellence.
Strong communication skills and ability to effectively influence individuals and teams at all levels of the organization.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
