About the Role
~1 min readThis position is responsible for leading and motivating the agency force & sales team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by executing strategic sales plans in alignment with company objectives. This role involves recruiting, training, and managing high-performing sales teams, fostering robust relationships with stakeholders, collaborating with marketing teams, managing sales budgets, and analyzing sales trends to drive informed decision-making.

Provide ongoing coaching and mentoring to agents, enhancing their skills, sales capabilities, and overall effectiveness.

Assist in driving recruitment efforts, onboarding new agents, and building a strong pipeline of talent for the agency.

Facilitate training programs to accelerate agent productivity, focusing on skill development and performance improvement.

Track and assess agent performance, providing constructive feedback to drive continuous improvement and achieve sales targets.

Partner with senior RSMs and agency leaders to ensure alignment on sales objectives, strategies, and agent development initiatives.

Implement motivational programs and foster a positive, high-performance culture to boost agent morale and productivity.

Prepare and communicate key metrics on sales performance, recruitment efforts, and agent development to leadership.

Ensure all agency activities are in full compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and ethical standards.

Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance sales, agency development, or a related field.
Strong understanding of agent recruitment, training, and sales management.
Excellent communication, coaching, and leadership skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for driving agency growth and productivity.
Proficient in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
Exhibits strong analytical, problem solving, organizational and project management skills.
Excellent communication in both Burmese and English - needed for communicating with a wide range of people, both internally and externally.
