About the Role

Lead the development and delivery of Data Platforms, analytical dashboards, and AI/ML solutions that drive key business decisions. Oversee the design and maintenance of data models, reporting systems, automation frameworks, and performance metrics. Manage and develop analytics team capabilities while ensuring efficient resource utilization, cost optimization, and continuous improvement of data and analytics operations.

Responsibilities

→Minimum 5 years of experience in data analytics, business intelligence, data engineering, or related data management functions, with demonstrated experience leading analytics or data platform initiatives.
→Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
→Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms).
→Experience with cloud platforms, particularly Microsoft Azure, with hands-on experience or working knowledge of Azure Data Factory, Azure Data Lake, Azure Databricks, and Azure SQL Database.
→Knowledge of AI and ML techniques, including machine learning frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch, etc.); exposure to computer vision technologies is an advantage.
→Knowledge of cloud cost management and resource optimization practices, with the ability to identify and implement opportunities to improve operational efficiency and maximize ROI.
→Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative, and results-oriented environment.
→Experience working in Agile, DevOps, or continuous delivery environments is preferred.
