About the Role
~1 min readEfficiently process and assess all claim types: Handle a variety of claims with precision, ensuring each claim is processed according to company guidelines and meets high-quality standards.
Claims Approval: Make informed decisions on claims within your designated authority limits, ensuring adherence to company policies.
Documentation: Maintain comprehensive and clear records of all claims assessments, ensuring transparency and ease of reference.
Performance Benchmarks: Consistently meet quality, turnaround time (TAT), and productivity benchmarks, achieving or exceeding set standards.
Technical Skill Development: Proactively seek opportunities to enhance technical expertise by expanding the range of claims handled and increasing authority limits.
Training Record: Maintain an exemplary personal training record, aligning with the company's training framework for ongoing professional development.
Customer-Centric Mindset: Foster a culture of high engagement and responsiveness, demonstrating a strong commitment to customer satisfaction and service excellence.
Job Requirement:
Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Biomedical Sciences, Medical Sciences, or a related discipline; candidates with relevant Life Claims experience will also be considered. Applicants with a strong foundation in Biology at the SPM level may be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Able to read and write Chinese and English to review documents and support claims operations for the Hong Kong & Macau market.

Willingness to learn and build a long-term career in insurance claims
Available for intake in January 2027 or March 2027.
Willing to be based at IOI City Tower 1, Putrajaya.
Able to commit to a contract duration of either 6 months or 12 months.
