About the Role

~1 min read- →Participate in establishing and continuously optimizing comprehensive business management system, operational procedure and contingency plan.
- →Assist the head of dept to conduct internal staff management.
- →Responsible for deal sourcing including client expansion, relationship maintenance and pipeline management.
- →Responsible for deal-based due diligence & feasibility studies on products and coordinate internal & external reviewers to provide assessment.
- →Implement internal assessment and decision-making process, promote product filing and facilitate fundraising.
Requirements
~1 min read- Education: Master's degree and graduate from well-known domestic or oversea university. Major in Finance/Economy/Law/Accounting preferred.
- Experience: At least 8-year experience of debt product investment or issuance management in IAMC, Trust company, Bank or relevant financial institutions, at least 2-year management experience.
- Professional Qualification: CPA/CFA/Lawyer's license preferred.
- Deep understanding of regulations in terms of product issuance, with strong deal sourcing capability and negotiation skills.
