• Collect, analyse and report management data to support decisions on day-to-day operations, strategic planning and specific business performance issues

• Retrieve, analyse and summarise business, operations, customer and economic data in order to develop business intelligence and optimie effectiveness

• Apply programs such as SQL, R, Tableau, Power BI in analysing and summarizing data insights to explain variances and trends for business solutions

• Responsible for other relating tasks as assigned to align with business policy and build long term business growth.
