• →Perform data cleaning, validation, and standardization for claim datasets
• →Maintain and update claim KPI dashboards, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
• →Analyze claim trends to detect over-utilization, risk signals, or potential cost leakages
• →Support the development of claim saving strategies and improvement initiatives
• →Collaborate with internal teams (Claim Ops, Provider Relations, Product, Pricing, Underwriting) to ensure alignment
• →Prepare analytical summaries and insights for management review
• →Assist in ad-hoc data projects and continuous improvement activities

• Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, Data Science, or other quantitative fields (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working with large datasets and conducting detailed analysis
• Solid proficiency in Excel, and familiarity with Power BI / SQL / Python is a plus
• Ability to communicate insights clearly in English (written & verbal)
• Attention to detail, strong sense of ownership, and willingness to learn
