• Partner with stakeholders to understand real business challenges and translate them into clear analytical questions

• Perform exploratory and deep-dive data analyses to uncover trends, issues, and opportunities

• Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights that support decision-making

• Assist in designing and building data-driven automations and agentic solutions to reduce manual effort and improve ease of doing business

• Support use cases such as: Automated reporting and data pipelines Workflow enhancements using scripts, tools, or AI agents Process optimization through data and logic-based solutions

• Continuously look for opportunities where data and automation can simplify processes

• Support the creation and maintenance of reports, dashboards, and scorecards

• Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and clarity in all outputs

• Help standardize reporting definitions and metrics

• Create and maintain technical and functional documentation, including: Data source mappings Metric definitions and logic Process flows and integration diagrams

• Document assumptions, methodologies, and limitations of analyses

• Assist with ad-hoc analyses and data requests from different teams

• Support data quality checks and validation activities

• Contribute to continuous improvement of data practices and standards
