From inspiring meaningful connections with customers, partners and other stakeholders, to delivering purpose-led brand positioning and messaging, you'll be making a positive, healthy impact across all channels. You will have a unique and important part to play in helping more people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives. 

1.策略规划：

• 协助分解和落实未来新SSC业务发展战略和规划, 达成各项关键考核指标。
• 外勤骨干人才引进，机构发展规划制作并推进

2.业绩、人力推动：

• 规划新SSC各类营销员活动，如创业说明会、客户答谢会、产品大讲堂等，推动业务发展；
• 指导新SSC主管商业计划的制定并提出改善方案；
• 通过面谈、辅导等方式及时了解营销员需求，协助其招募和产能提升；
• 督促新SSC推动并执行各类业务发展活动，如业务竞赛、业务加油站、增员项目等，确保其有效实施。

3.日常工作：

• 新SSC晨会的经营与管理；
• 公司信息的传达与宣导；
• 协调所负责区域和公司相关部门的关系，处理日常行政事务；
• 指导下属员工处理营销员的意见、建议和投诉；
• 辅导下属员工提升个人业务能。

4.营销员业务品质和销售行为管理：

• 在业务会议中推广业务品质和合规经营理念；
• 协助合规等部门对营销员进行合规和纪律管理；
• 及时发现并报告营销员团队中存在业务品质风险和异常业务行为。

• 本科或以上学历，10年以上相关工作经验；
• 系统的业务管理结构和保险经营环境知识；
• 强大的领导力，优秀的分析和决策能力；
• 基础业务培训及资源管理技能；
• 卓越的沟通和演讲技巧；
• 扎实的项目管理技巧。
