About the Role
~1 min read1. 承接公司以客为先的战略支柱,制定高净值业务规划以实现业务目标;
2. 构建公司高客经营战略实施规划,深化端到端分层分群高客经营体系框架;
3. 以市场洞察及需求为基础,带领高净值业务部探索创新的客户价值主张,加强高净值业务部的市场竞争力;
4. 强化友邦禀赋的高客专属价值主张体系与升级:开展共创项目,强化高/超高客分层服务体系,特别夯实财富传承与家办解决方案能力;
5. 深化建设财富传承/家办、教育板块能力与配套网络,完善高净值生态圈建设,支持高客经营体系:服务促转化场景设计与落地;高客活动平台对应板块品质资源开发与输出;
6. 与各渠道及中后台职能部门紧密协作,推动业务计划的实施落地,在分公司和市场上实现更大的业务影响力;
7. 链接、整合资源和平台以协助激活高净值客户、提高客户粘性及转化率;
8. 熟悉市场趋势并及时调整业务战略,紧跟客户需求并确保高净值业务在市场上持续保持竞争力与优势;
9. 统筹管理高净值业务部组织架构,并适时激发团队士气以确保团队效;率。同时确保团队成员的能力得到适时提升,与业务发展相匹配。
1. 本科以上学历,10年以上相关经验,至少具备以下任一专业经历,有战略规划经验者优先:
• 高客拓展和高客经营(含渠道管理)
• 战略发展与规划
• 产品和服务体系搭建与营销
• 高净值生态拓展与管理
2. 熟悉人寿产品整体运营流程;
3. 前瞻的业务规划能力,敏锐洞察市场趋势与高客需求分析,落地差异化业务策略;
4. 高端资源链接与全局统筹能力,推动多方高效协同,为高净值客户提供一体化解决方案;
5. 出色的领导力与团队管理能力,搭建专业人才梯队,激发团队动能;
6. 自驱性强、抗压能力强;
7. 良好的办公软件操作技能(如Excel、Word、PPT);
8. 卓越的跨职能沟通协调技能以及中英文表达能力;
9. 对工作富有热情,积极致力于实现重大业务增长。
