General Insurance Underwriting, Senior Analyst

• →Perform underwriting assessment and evaluation of new business and renewal applications in accordance with company underwriting guidelines, risk appetite, regulatory requirements, and service standards.
• →Support personal lines and commercial lines portfolio management through renewal activities, risk analysis, business monitoring, and underwriting decision-making.
• →Assist in product development, product enhancement, underwriting rule maintenance, and system implementation initiatives to support business growth and operational excellence.
• →Leverage data analytics, AI-enabled tools, and digital solutions to enhance underwriting effectiveness, operational efficiency, and customer experience.
• →Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Distribution, Operations, Technology, Product, and Compliance functions to support business, transformation, and governance objectives.
• →Support continuous improvement initiatives, provide technical underwriting advice, and perform other duties as assigned by management.

• University degree in Insurance, Business Administration, Finance, Statistics, Data Analytics, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 1-3 years' relevant experience in General Insurance products.
• Experience with underwriting systems, digital platforms, workflow automation, or AI-enabled solutions is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and data management skills; experience with Power BI or similar reporting tools is preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, and familiarity with AI productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data interpretation capabilities.
• Good understanding of digital, automation, and AI applications within insurance operations.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and customer service skills.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Proactive, adaptable, and committed to continuous learning and innovation.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• You are preferred to obtain the license of Insurance Authority (IA) (Paper 1 and 2)
• You are required to obtain the relevant license(s) if your job involves regulated activities
