Growth Marketing - Existing Customer Marketing, Principal/Consultant (Senior Manager/Manager)

You will have a unique and important part to play in helping more people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives. 

• →Continuous development & knowledge build-up of Team members in campaign execution, including the application of analytics model into customer campaigns;
• →Prepare marketing plans and to support supervisor in execution; Work with different departments and team to prepare project plan & communication for campaign launch;
• →Design and prepare agent/ customer communications and to coordinate with parties involved to ensure plans are execute smoothly within the agreed timeline;
• →Work with different departments and distribution channels in promoting ECM campaigns/ initiatives and collecting feedback of campaign;
• →Management of promotional budget;
• →Provide support to team members in meeting business objective;
• →Assist Department Head as a gate keeper in recommending promotional appeals arrangement

• Bachelor’s degree in Actuarial, Business, Marketing, or Statistics with at least 10 years’ relevant experience on business analyses, business development, and database marketing.
• Prior experience in financial institutions and knowledge of insurance business is preferred
• Digital experience
• Results focused, with a track record of achievement
• Strong interpersonal skills to liaise with various internal and external parties
• Good in problem-solving
• Proactive and is an Excellent team player
• Proficient in English and Chinese, spoken and written

• You are required to obtain relevant licence if your job involves in regulated activities
