Health Product Analyst

To support analytics initiatives that enhance product performance and enable data-driven decision making.
Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights to inform product strategy, pricing, and business decisions.
Analyse product and portfolio performance to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, including the impacts of member behaviour.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and monitor product metrics and KPIs, supported by effective reporting and dashboards.
Support product management and implementation activities in partnership with the Senior Product Manager.
Work closely with, and take guidance from, the AIA Health Actuarial team and AIA Health’s Appointed Actuary.

• Conduct competitor and industry analysis to support product positioning, pricing, and strategic decision making.

  Investigate and define customer segments to improve profitability and retention.

  Identify and analyse claims trends and emerging patterns.

  Support provider management activities, including analysing provider performance and identifying opportunities to improve value and outcomes.

  Support product management and delivery activities in collaboration with the Senior Product Manager.

  Support analytical initiatives to enhance business processes and outcomes, including:

• Supporting the definition of project objectives
• Acquiring and exploring data

• Undertake other tasks and responsibilities as required by management from time to time.

• Implementing, documenting, and maintaining models with guidance
• Interpreting and communicating results within the team and to broader stakeholders
