• Assist in gathering, documenting, and analyzing business and user requirements.
• Create and maintain process flows, workflow diagrams, and functional documentation.
• Participate in UI/UX reviews and recommend improvements based on user needs and business requirements.
• Assist in testing, issue tracking, debugging coordination, and defect management.
• Collaborate with internal business teams and external vendors to ensure successful delivery of solutions.
• Participate in workshops, requirement discussions, user acceptance testing (UAT), and product reviews.
