~1 min readExecute audits during the audit cycle and evaluate the adequacy of controls according to established schedule and quality requirements.

Prepare audit reports and participate in discussion of issues and remedial action plans with the appropriate levels of management.

Follow-up outstanding audit issues and monitor timely completion of agreed remedial actions by management.

Identify ways to improve the audit process and synergy among team members.

Take the initiative in improving self through classroom and on-the-job trainings.

Perform other responsibilities and duties periodically assigned to meet operational and/or other requirements.
Requirements
~1 min readBachelor's degree or above. Business major(e.g., Accounting Economics, Finance, Management, Mathematics) preferred
Minimum five years of internal/external audit experience or seven years of experience in the insurance, financial or a related industry
Understanding of life insurance operations, industry practices and legislative/regulatory requirements
Solid understanding of IT, proficiency in IT Application Controls
Good command of both oral and written English
Good team player who is committed to achieve results
Ability to work under pressure and meet milestones within time, cost and quality constraints
Strong analytical, written/verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal, and relationship building skills
Solid problem-solving skills, ability to analyze complex data
Ability to adapt to changes quickly and multi-task
A relevant professional qualification such as CIA,CPA or ACCA preferred
