From inspiring meaningful connections with customers, partners and other stakeholders, to delivering purpose-led brand positioning and messaging, you'll be making a positive, healthy impact across all channels. You will have a unique and important part to play in helping more people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives.
About the Role

- Apply structured problem solving, data driven thinking, and sound judgement in execution
- Participate in job rotations or stretch assignments within the function and across different functions
- Quickly understand new operating models, stakeholder dynamics, and regulatory or customer contexts
- Collaborate with diverse teams and leaders across the organisation

- Analyse complex issues, develop insights, and propose practical, scalable solutions
- Present recommendations confidently to senior stakeholders
- Participate in structured leadership development modules
- Engage in mentoring and coaching conversations with senior leaders
- Actively seek feedback and demonstrate continuous personal growth
- 8+ year professional experience
- Leading people, managing projects, or driving strategic initiatives in dynamic environments
- Delivering a strong track record of impact, with meaningful business outcomes
- Leading change, innovation, transformation, or continuous improvement
- Growth-mindset

- High learning & change agility
- Strong communication skill regardless functions, advanced English level
- Data-driven & business mindset
- Ability to apply Automation & AI in work & build use cases to optimize resources
