Responsibilities

Minimum Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Insurance, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in claims assessment, preferably in Personal Accident or General Insurance.
Strong knowledge of insurance policies, claims procedures, and regulatory requirements.
Excellent analytical, communication, and customer service skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and claims management systems.
