코어플랫폼팀은 AIA생명의 계약 관리 시스템을 개발하고 운영하는 팀입니다. 신계약 청약 이후 계약의 승낙부터 보전, 생존 지급, 사고 지급, 재보험, 결산까지 운영하는 시스템을 개발 및 운영합니다.

코어플랫폼팀은 AIA생명의 계약관리 시스템을 개발·운영하는 조직으로, 신계약 청약 이후 계약의 승낙부터 유지/보전, 지급, 재보험, 결산까지 보험 운영 전반을 지원하는 핵심 시스템을 담당하고 있습니다.
OLAS Closing Systems Development & Support 포지션은 단체 보험 및 마감(Closing) 프로세스 관련 시스템을 개발·운영하는 역할로, 안정적이고 효율적인 보험 서비스 제공을 위해 핵심 플랫폼을 지속적으로 개선하고 고도화 합니다. 또한 사용자 및 유관 부서와의 협업을 통해 요구 사항을 정의하고, 시스템 품질과 성능을 향상시켜 고객 경험 및 비즈니스 성과에 기여합니다.0
