About the Role

This role supports the execution of analytics initiatives aligned with business priorities within the Operations Division. The Analyst will contribute to data-driven decision-making by performing data extraction, analysis, and reporting, as well as supporting performance tracking and the development of actionable insights to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience
Key objectives include:
1. Support in delivering analytics initiatives using established frameworks and methodologies
2. Perform data extraction, preparation, and analysis from internal and external sources to generate meaningful business insights
3. Track, analyse, and report key performance indicators to identify trends, risks, and improvement opportunities

Minimum Job Requirements:

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree (minimum 2nd class upper of equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Management, IT, Applied Statistics, Finance, Accounting, Data Analytics or any related disciplines

Experience

1-2 years of experience in data analysis, data management or management reporting. Experience in financial services (banking, insurance or credit-related functions) is an advantage
Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel
Basic knowledge of data querying and manipulation tools (e.g., SQL, MS Access); Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Python, R) and BI tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) is an advantage
Experience in data visualisation and dashboard development is preferred
Good written and verbal communication skills in English
