• Ensure fund operation is maintained and available according to service commitment
• Ensure achievement of compliance standards and guidelines of the sections

• Monitor ad hoc assignment, including system automation, imaging and workflow project and funds switching processing
• Control and monitor on the set up of new fund and fund withdrawal
• Handle client/member inquiries and complaints with high quality result
• Take up new roles and responsibilities as assigned by superior

Minimum Job Requirements:

• Strong expertise in fund operations and pension schemes (MPF, ORSO, Macau, JF fund, APF), including fund switching and related financial calculations (e.g. allocation, rebate processing)
• Solid knowledge of financial operations, controls, and reconciliation, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and audit readiness
• Proven experience in process improvement, system enhancement, and workflow automation to drive operational efficiency
• Good understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements related to fund operations

• Strong customer-centric mindset, with commitment to understanding customer needs and delivering reliable, high-quality outcomes
• Effective stakeholder collaboration, with the ability to work across cross-functional teams and manage internal and external parties
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capability, with ability to identify root causes and implement practical solutions
• High level of accountability and results orientation, with ability to manage priorities and deliver under tight timelines

• University degree in Business, Finance, or related disciplines
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role
• Comprehensive knowledge of MPF / ORSO / Macau pension / JF fund / APF schemes and investment-related operations
