Your Role with Us

As a Pricing Associate, you will play an important role in helping AIA deliver sustainable, customer-focused pricing solutions across Corporate Solutions and Retail. Working closely with colleagues across pricing, underwriting, distribution, legal, brokers and reinsurers, you will prepare quotations, rate reviews and data analysis that support confident business decisions and positive customer outcomes. This is a great opportunity to deepen your technical expertise, build strong stakeholder relationships and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. You will be part of a collaborative team where accuracy, curiosity and problem-solving help drive meaningful impact across the business.

  • Deliver accurate quotations, installations and rate reviews that support strong client outcomes and service excellence.
  • Analyse and interpret data from multiple sources to provide meaningful insights that inform pricing decisions.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, brokers, reinsurers and legal partners to align pricing solutions with customer and business needs.
  • Support pricing calculations and product-related requests, helping provide timely solutions for complex scenarios.
  • Contribute to system testing and data validation activities to maintain quality, accuracy and operational effectiveness.
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes, reduce inefficiencies and strengthen pricing controls and risk management practices.

  • You have strong analytical skills and enjoy working with data to identify trends, risks and opportunities.
  • You bring the ability to communicate technical information clearly and confidently to a range of audiences.
  • You have a collaborative approach and build positive relationships while balancing competing priorities.
  • You bring strong organisational skills, take ownership of your work and consistently deliver against agreed timeframes.
  • You have confidence using spreadsheets, data tools and quality-check processes to support accurate analysis and reporting.
  • You may also have experience in life insurance, underwriting, pricing, group administration, or a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics or engineering.

At AIA, your experience matters, and so does your impact. In return for your expertise, we offer a career where you can apply your skills to meaningful work that improves lives across Asia-Pacific. You’ll enjoy flexible ways of working, competitive rewards, and access to continuous learning programs designed to keep you ahead in a rapidly changing world. Our collaborative culture values your ideas and empowers you to innovate, solve complex challenges, and contribute to our ambition of helping a billion people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives by 2030.

Diversity, equity, and inclusion are central to who we are and how we work. We value people from all walks of life and welcome candidates of all backgrounds, identities, and lived experiences, including those with disabilities, additional mental health needs, chronic health conditions, or who are neurodiverse. If you’re excited about this role but don’t meet every requirement, we still encourage you to apply.
