Once hired, the candidate is expected to be responsible for:

• Develop and implement processes in onboarding of recruits and leader promotion to different financed and non – financed program
  • Assessment of document submission and completion
  • Generate contract for all financed programs
  • Background screening of EADP and ELDP program
  • Monitor onboarding status (Training completion, License process and coding)
  • System enrolment (System and finance tagging)
• Implement the Performance Monitoring and Payout Process
  • Generate and cascade of weekly performance report
  • Consolidate the engagement and training completion in the system
  • Consolidate, present and implement agency appeals
  • Generate month end report
  • Validate performance and process financing payout
• Implement the offboarding process
  • Identify and generate reports for non-performing recruits and leaders
  • Communication to ASG and Distribution Leaders of the cease of financed program contract to non-performing recruits and leaders
  • Consolidate, present and implement agency appeals
  • Process the clawback provision of the program (if any)
• Oversee the admin requirements of the recruitment team
• Manage the budget, service provider contract and team’s IT requirements
• Ability to collaborate with different stake holders
• Ability to effectively communicate in all level of the organization
• Can lead projects and other tasks that will be assigned
