About the Role

~1 min read- →Identify actionable insights from analytics solutions, and communicate this to relevant stakeholders to improve decision making and drive business performance
- →Execute relevant data analytics project with business units using AI / machine learning, such as developing propensity model, identifying best seller matching, predicting seller retention
- →Recommend and execute campaign & lead management to optimize marketing ROI, improve conversion rates, portfolio profitability based on cross-sell, upsell & persistency analysis
- →Use AI / ML to identify and profile high-potential candidates (recruitment) and provide tailored training curriculum to improve productivity
- →Drive analytics innovation by keeping abreast of industry’s trends, evaluating and adapting new and improved data science approaches for the business
- →Work with Group Distribution counterparts as subject matter expertise to give advice on AI / data analytics
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor or Master degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Applied Mathematics or related quantitative fields
- 3-5 years’ experience in implementing and validating big data algorithms and models, preferably in life insurance industry
- Experience working with Amazon AWS and/or Microsoft Azure
- Fluency in analytical tools such as Python, R, SAS; Familiar with classic machine learning models, feature engineering, hyperparameter tuning, building proper cross validation frameworks to build robust models
- Exposure to all stages of data analytics project lifecycle (scope definition, data processing, model development, deployment, tracking, solution implementation)
- Collaborative and good team player
- Good communication skills in English
