~1 min read- Develop and execute category strategies, annual sourcing plans, and category roadmaps for assigned spend areas.
- Conduct spend analysis, supply market assessment, benchmarking, and opportunity identification to support sourcing decisions.
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand demand, develop sourcing strategies, and maximize commercial value.
- Drive cost optimization, supplier rationalization, and value creation initiatives across assigned categories.
- Monitor category performance, market trends, and supplier developments to identify risks and opportunities.
- Provide sourcing expertise and guidance to Group Office and Business Unit stakeholders and Sourcing teams.
- Lead end-to-end sourcing projects from business requirements gathering through contract execution for the assigned categories.
- Manage RFx activities, supplier evaluations, commercial negotiations, and contract reviews.
- Deliver annual savings, cost avoidance, and service improvement targets for managed spend.
- Work closely with stakeholders, Legal, Risk, and Finance teams to ensure successful sourcing outcomes.
- Drive supplier selection, contract renewals, and sourcing process compliance.
- Manage multiple sourcing initiatives simultaneously while ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
- Manage strategic supplier relationships and performance across assigned categories.
- Drive supplier performance, value delivery, and continuous improvement in cost, service, quality, and innovation.
- Support Tier 1 supplier governance and risk management activities.
- Provide regular performance updates and insights to Tier 1 Supplier Executive Sponsors.

- Support the implementation and adoption of procurement systems, digital solutions, and AI-enabled sourcing initiatives.
- Act as a business champion for sourcing systems, data analytics, reporting, and process automation.
- Drive system enhancements, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Leverage technology and analytics to improve sourcing effectiveness, efficiency, and decision-making.
- Support sourcing governance, policy compliance, and risk management initiatives.
- Monitor sourcing KPIs and identify opportunities to improve sourcing effectiveness.
- Support implementation of sourcing transformation, process improvement, and procurement excellence initiatives.
- Promote sourcing best practices and process standardization across Group Office and Business Units.
- Build strong relationships with business leaders and key functional stakeholders.
- Provide procurement and commercial advice to support business objectives.
- Support sourcing process improvements and adoption of procurement best practices.
- Contribute to transformation and other strategic initiatives as assigned.
Requirements
~1 min read- University graduate in Business /Laws/Supply Chain Management/Quantity Surveying/Hospitality or other relevant degrees to specific categories.
- Relevant advanced degree or professional certification such as CIPS/CPSM would be of advantage.
- Over 10 years of experience in managing end-to-end sourcing and high spend strategic negotiations of relevant procurement categories, at strategic level in international financial institutes.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills. Ability to present and influence with top level internal and external parties.
- Strong cost and risk management
- Self-motivated team player, who has energy and drive, also able to motivate and get the best out of a multi-functional team and matrix organization.
- Capable of operating in a dynamic environment and able to balance short-term business needs with the long-term requirements of our business.
- Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Asian language skills would be an advantage.
