Customer Centricity –
• The Senior Manager – FP&A (“SM”) is a dynamic and strategic leadership role responsible for driving financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis.
• As a key business partner, the SM collaborates closely with internal stakeholders to enhance cost management, improve operational efficiency, and deliver actionable insights. The role plays a critical part in supporting both tactical execution and long-term strategic decision-making, contributing to sustainable business growth and value creation.

Responsibilities

Lead the annual budgeting process, rolling forecasts, and long-term financial planning

Deliver in-depth financial analysis and insights to support strategic initiatives and business decisions

Conduct variance analysis (actual vs budget vs forecast), providing actionable recommendations

Support investment evaluations, business case development, and scenario analysis

Requirements

Drive continuous improvement initiatives, including automation and enhancement of FP&A processes

Enhance financial reporting efficiency and analytical capabilities

Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or related discipline
Fellow member of HKICPA or equivalent professional accounting body

Minimum 10 years of accounting/finance experience, including:

- At least 5 years at managerial level

- Minimum 5 years post-qualification experience in the insurance industry

- At least 3 years of audit experience in a professional firm

Strong analytical and financial modelling skills

Excellent business acumen and strategic mindset

Proven leadership and team development ability

Strong communication and stakeholder management skills

Ability to work independently and effectively under pressure
