About the Role

Drive the technology, data and analytics agenda for Recognition & Rewards by translating total rewards strategy, policies and operational requirements into scalable HR one-platform solutions from design through implementation. The role enables digitalized, data-driven and well-governed reward processes, supports regulatory performance management requirements, and facilitates the localization and compliant administration of equity-related plans in China.

Responsibilities

  • Work as module owner to lead the end-to-end design, configuration, testing, implementation and continuous enhancement of total rewards modules and processes within the HR one-platform, covering from workforce budget, rewards planning, implementation and distribution.

  • Translate reward policies, business rules, approval workflows and governance requirements into clear system requirements, user stories, control points and operating procedures.

  • Support regulatory performance management initiatives by enabling data capture, process governance, reporting, analysis and audit trails required for performance differentiation, incentive governance and regulatory review.

  • Support localization of equity-related plans by coordinating local implementation requirements, leveraging with HR SSO in participant data, tax and regulatory considerations, employee communication materials, system enablement and ongoing administration.

  • Maintain data quality, access controls, process documentation, user guides and change logs to strengthen operational resilience, transparency and compliance of reward processes.

  • Support other R&R projects and team priorities as required, with responsibilities adjusted based on team rotation and business needs.

Key Performance Indicators:

  • Based on project progress, timely and high-quality delivery of HR one-platform reward initiatives, including requirements, testing, launch readiness, user adoption and post-implementation stabilization.

  • Accuracy, integrity and timeliness of reward data, analytics, dashboards and management reporting.

  • Effective governance and compliance support for regulatory performance management and localized equity plan implementation.

Requirements

  • Bachelor degree or above degree in business administration, HR management, or related field.

  • At least 5 year’ relevant experience in sizable multi-national corporations HR Department or relevant experience in consulting firm with specialization in rewards area.

  • Expert knowledge of HR practices to have a profound impact on the success of internal client groups.

  • Must maintain base knowledge of state, local and country labor laws regarding employment issues and related matters

  • Statistical knowledge and analytic skills, wage and salary survey experience

  • Good command in both written and oral English. 

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with diverse people.

  • Be ability to work independently under tight deadlines.
