  • Elicit and analyze business requirements, translating claims workflows into AI-ready technical specifications.
  • Design and implement Python-based AI services covering multimodal material recognition (documents, images), structured information extraction, and RAG-powered clause retrieval.
  • Develop case analysis, rule validation, risk alert, and review opinion generation modules using LLM reasoning and prompt engineering.
  • Build and maintain Agentic workflows with multi-step reasoning, tool calling, and seamless integration with core claims systems and rule engines.
  • Establish LLM evaluation and monitoring dashboards (accuracy, hallucination rate, latency, cost) to ensure review conclusions are traceable, auditable, and production-reliable.
  • Support GenAI claims assessment expansion across multiple business scenarios, delivering scalable and efficient solutions.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues for GenAI claims assessment services to ensure production stability and business continuity.
  • Own incident management end-to-end, including root cause analysis, resolution, and follow-up for application system issues.
  • Ensure all incidents are responded to and resolved within defined SLA targets.
  • Continuously optimize system performance through prompt iteration, RAG retrieval tuning, and model inference efficiency improvements.
  • Lead or actively participate in projects through the full lifecycle — from requirements gathering, solution design, and development to deployment and post-launch review.
  • Coordinate effectively with internal and external teams to ensure on-target project delivery.
  • Manage vendor relationships and task assignments to maintain delivery quality and timeline control.
  • Adhere to IT standard processes and best practices for application development, CI/CD, and code quality to enhance team efficiency.

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in Python backend or AI/algorithm engineering, with proficiency in at least one AI agent orchestration framework (e.g., LangGraph, PydanticAI, DSPy, DeepAgents). Experience with Spring Boot, Spring AI, Tomcat, and Kubernetes (K8s) is a plus.
  • Solid experience with the RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) technology stack, including embedding models, reranker models, hybrid retrieval strategies, metadata filtering, and citation/source tracing.
  • Familiar with relational databases, vector databases, caching, and object storage solutions (e.g., PostgreSQL, Elasticsearch / OpenSearch, Redis, MinIO).
  • 1+ years of experience in project management, with demonstrated coordination and communication skills in working with business users and stakeholders.
  • Hands-on experience in NLP and knowledge graph technologies is a strong plus.
  • Good verbal, written and presentation communication skills of both mandarin and English
