Act as the primary Business Analyst and Product Specialist for digital platforms and solutions, ensuring seamless collaboration between internal stakeholders, digital partners, and vendor engineering teams.

Partner with solution vendors to review new features, provide actionable feedback, and influence enhancements that align with business objectives.

Facilitate workshops and meetings with business users and technical stakeholders to gather detailed requirements, analyse processes, and identify pain points for improvement.

Translate business needs into clear, structured documentation by creating solution proposals, Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), and user stories. Maintain strict version control and proactively coordinate updates across cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.

Apply strong analytical thinking to identify optimization opportunities and propose innovative solutions that enhance system performance and streamline processes.

Configure solution platforms by setting up workflows, rules, and integrations to meet business requirements. Execute production configuration changes while adhering to change management protocols to minimize risk.

Drive end-to-end implementation of digital projects, from initiation through delivery, by coordinating technical activities, monitoring progress, and resolving issues promptly.

Validate configurations against requirements and maintain comprehensive documentation for audits and future reference.

Design, execute, and manage detailed test cases covering functional and non-functional scenarios. Lead and coordinate User Acceptance Testing (UAT) sessions to ensure solutions meet quality and business objectives while performing post-production verification.

Consolidate and manage defect lists from digital partners and internal teams, ensuring all issues are accurately documented, tracked, and resolved within agreed timelines.

Collaborate closely with vendor technical teams and digital partners during testing phases and conduct post-launch verification to confirm successful implementation and system stability.

Organize and facilitate quick meetings for urgent discussions, enabling timely decision-making and issue resolution.

Develop and deliver training materials and sessions to support user adoption and smooth transition to new systems.

Work with IT Security, Risk, and Compliance teams to ensure all solutions meet regulatory, security, and governance standards.
Requirements
~1 min read- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or relatedield.
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Hands-on experience supporting system implementation and collaborating with developers and QA teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum and Kanban.
- Basic understanding of system analysis and design principles.
- Ability to create wireframes or mock-ups to support user testing and solution design.
- Results oriented – able to identify the core of a problem, define what needs to be done and execute with the teams to deliver.
- Ability to build relationships in an international environment with a diverse group of internal and external stakeholders at different levels of the organization
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin is an added advantage.
- Exposure to start-up environment or digital insurance business will be an added advantage.
