Your Role with Us

AIA Vitality is a purpose-driven programme that helps people live Healthier, Longer, Better Lives, and as a Vitality Analyst you will play a key role in supporting its success. Working closely with partners, corporate clients and internal stakeholders, you will deliver reporting, insights and operational support that enhance programme performance and member outcomes. This is an opportunity to combine analytical thinking with relationship management, helping shape product initiatives, improve experiences and drive smarter ways of working through automation and AI-enabled solutions. You'll join a collaborative environment where your ideas, curiosity and continuous improvement mindset can make a meaningful impact.

  • Deliver accurate and timely reporting that provides meaningful insights into programme performance and member engagement
  • Identify trends, risks and opportunities that support informed decision-making and continuous improvement across Vitality
  • Strengthen partner and stakeholder relationships through responsive support, effective communication and trusted collaboration
  • Drive process improvements that enhance efficiency, consistency and operational effectiveness across the programme
  • Leverage approved AI and automation solutions to streamline reporting activities and improve team productivity
  • Support the successful delivery of product enhancements, partner initiatives and marketing activities that improve member outcomes

  • You have experience in reporting, analytics or business insights, with the ability to interpret data and communicate clear, actionable recommendations
  • You bring strong analytical skills, advanced Excel capability and working knowledge of data, reporting or business intelligence tools
  • You have a continuous improvement mindset and enjoy finding smarter, more efficient ways to deliver value through process enhancement and automation
  • You bring strong attention to detail, ensuring reporting, documentation and data activities are accurate, reliable and well governed
  • You have the ability to build positive relationships with stakeholders and collaborate effectively across teams to achieve shared outcomes
  • You may also have experience within health, wellbeing, insurance or financial services, and an interest in applying AI-enabled solutions to improve business performance and customer experiences
