总监，战略规划与创新项目管理

工作职责：

• 根据公司和CCO Functions各职能部门的重点方向，牵头推动落实三年战略规划相关工作，包括CCO Functions整体三年规划、产品与价值主张规划、财务规划、集团沟通等

• 基于三年战略规划，制定详细的年度实施计划，协同各相关方监督推动关键战略举措的落地与实施

• 定期跟踪和监控战略执行进展，重点关注关键指标的达成情况，及时识别差异并推动改进措施的落地

• 统筹业务经营分析，提供有价值的洞察，为管理层战略决策提供有力支持

• 主导跨职能战略项目管理，负责项目全周期的管控，包括进度追踪、项目成果评估与分析、报告撰写等

• 统筹各类战略及经营类报告和监管相关报告的编制与审核，确保准确性与时效性

• 负责跨职能业务沟通协调，确保重点事项高效落地，为管理层提供高质量业务支持

• 主导CCO Functions投资者关系管理相关工作，负责日常沟通对接、材料准备、关系维护等

• 牵头同业交流对接工作，收集行业前沿信息，及时向管理层提供洞察，助力业务决策的制定

• 主管交办的其他任务

任职要求：

• 本科及以上学历

• 10年以上寿险行业战略规划相关工作经验，具备团队管理经验

• 熟悉寿险行业发展趋势，具备较强的战略思维和业务敏锐度

• 优秀的项目管理能力

• 优秀的跨部门沟通协调能力、团队管理能力及向上汇报能力，有一定的抗压性

• 出色的中英文表达能力
