Responsibilities

在承诺的时间内准确回答关于保险计划、保全、理赔等问题，并按照公司的规范给到客户最优的解决方案, 提高一通电话的解决率。
→
根据客户的需求帮助客户做就诊前预约。
→
协助公司直付医院来电查询客户的福利。
→
与内外部客户做有效沟通，高效解决客户问题。
→
与销售和客户经理团队紧密合作，提供并改善给客户的服务。
→
能够发现流程中需要改进的地方并且向相关管理层提出反馈。
→
积极主动给团队的所有成员提供支持以达成运营目标。定期交流和提升通话质量，提高通话质量标准。

Requirements
