专员，核保岗

岗位职责：
1.根据核保规则及操作指引对被指派的保单进行审批、检视和评估
2.宣导、执行核保规则和流程
3.跨部门沟通（如总部营运管理部门、机构营运支持部门等） 
4.提出系统优化建议、参与系统需求撰写及系统测试
 
任职资格：
1.本科或以上学历，临床医学、法医学等医学相关专业
2.三年以上寿险核保经验
3.中文书面表达流利
4.良好的人际沟通技巧，团队合作能力
5.良好的学习能力、适应能力、抗压能力
6.良好的业务分析能力，高效的问题解决能力
