专员，数据分析与管理

职务描述：

• 支持全渠道产品、服务、客户的日常业务报告与数据分析，赋能业务部门追踪、复盘与优化

• 评估分析客户多维度数据，挖掘潜在问题和机会，支撑业务决策；

• 负责客户数据专题分析，赋能业务部门挖掘机会提升业务价值；

• 探究用户行为习惯，赋能客户交互平台的设计优化和客户经营策略优化；

• 根据业务需求，搭建可视化BI报表，赋能业务部门自主分析，赋能各项指标的达成。

任职要求：

• 本科以上学历，专业为计算机、工程、统计或数学类；

• 至少三年以上工作经验；

• 其中必需有2年以上SQL编程经验；

• 必需有1年以上数据分析经验；

• 能熟练使用Excel；有Python/R等编程经验者优先；

• 做事认真、细致、高效、有较强的抗压能力。
