About the Role

专员，团险微信热线岗

1. 负责AI智能服务平台需求梳理、知识库构建、话术优化与意图识别迭代，提升AI回答准确率与业务覆盖率。
2. 负责智能服务平台的数据分析报告与优化方案输出，推动团队提效降低人工率。
3. 负责在线即时解答营销员对营运服务的各类咨询，并进行在线指导。包括但不限于新单进度、理赔进度、各类照会件的查询。
4. 对于无法即时解答的问题，负责转办至相关部门进行后续跟进。
5. 负责整理和总结各类问题归类。
6. 负责月报、质量报告等各类报表及数据分析

岗位要求:

1. 本科或以上学历；3年以上相关工作经验；有AI产品、智能客服、大模型应用等经验者优先；

2. 具有良好的沟通与表达能力、良好的客户服务意识和追求卓越品质的特征；

3. 具有独立工作、分析问题和解决问题的能力；

4. 高度责任心，较强的学习能力，能在压力下工作。
