专员，消保咨诉岗

1. 负责公司客户咨询与投诉案件的处理及后续追踪，确保客户问题得到及时、合规、妥善解决；
2. 对涉及重大风险、舆情或监管关注的投诉案件，按流程及时上报并配合相关部门制定应对方案；
3. 定期汇总、分析投诉数据，识别高频问题与潜在风险点，撰写咨诉情况分析报告，提出服务优化与流程改进建议；
4. 协助准备并向金融监管机构、消保中心等报送投诉相关材料，确保响应及时、内容合规；
5. 主管交办的其他工作。

岗位要求：
1. 本科或以上学历；金融、保险等相关专业优先；
2. 3年以上金融保险机构咨诉或者消保投诉处理相关工作经验，有寿险行业经验者优先；

3. 较高的服务意识、认真负责、应变能力和风险识别能力；
4. 良好的文字功底，较强的沟通能力和责任心，能承受压力；
5. 良好的中英文运用能力，熟练掌握MS Office软件。
