具体工作内容如下：

• 持续跟踪保险市场热点、监管政策动向及同业产品与营销亮点，开展系统性信息收集与分析；

• 科学运用产品包装工具，结合业务需求与客户洞察补充设计产品行销辅助工具；

• 围绕保险行业市场政策开展专题研究，解读政策影响支持产品合规与战略调整。

人选画像：

• 本科、研究生或MBA在读学生，经济、管理、营销类专业优先，一周到岗5天，实习时间为2026年7-8月（全职实习时间不少于8周）；

• 对保险行业有基本了解，熟悉保险产品营销逻辑、市场环境及主要同业动态；

• 熟练掌握Excel、PowerPoint等办公软件，具备优秀的PPT制作与可视化表达能力；

• 逻辑思维清晰，学习能力强，具备良好的沟通协调能力与市场敏锐度。
