• 事象と背景を明確に端的に説明できるスキル

• スキルの浅い部下、チームメンバーへの指導育成

• 関係部署を巻き込んで交渉・調整のリードをした経験

• ExcelやPower Point（マクロ、Accessが出来れば望ましい）

• 英語（読む、書くレベル。TOEIC 700点以上が望ましい）

• プロジェクトマネジメントもしくはタスクのリード経験
