　　　　営業支援、商品照会、FAQ、業務手順案内等のユースケース設計

　　　　利用者の要望を踏まえた継続的な改善

　　　　効果測定および利用促進施策の立案

→AIを活用した既存システム改善

　　　　社内ポータル、ナレッジ管理システム、Microsoft 365等の利便性向上

　　　　AI検索やナレッジ活用施策の企画

　　　　IT部門およびベンダーとの要件整理・調整

　　　　ユーザー視点での業務プロセス改善提案

Requirements

Microsoft 365に関する知識
生成AI（Copilot、Gemini等）に関する理解
プロンプト設計スキル
ITシステムに関する基礎知識

業務とテクノロジーの両面に興味を持てる方
現場目線で課題解決を考えられる方
営業部門とIT部門の橋渡しができる方

理工系分野の学士号または同等の実務経験
営業企画、業務改善、DX推進、システム企画のいずれかの経験
プロジェクト推進経験
