As a Deputy FAC Reinsurance Director your main roles is to develop business with existing and new producers; improve the overall client / broker / cedant experience by clarifying the appetite, value proposition and enhance the post-placement servicing; drive the sales & customer centric culture within AIG; ensure CBE governance and best practices are implemented to optimize productivity & efficiency and to safeguard compliance standards.

The Deputy FAC Reinsurance Director will be responsible for-

• Relationship Management
• Market and Product Knowledge
• Producer Profiles & Sales Plans

• Having a result orientated mindset to achieve targets and growth across AIG portfolio
• Collaborating with the team to offer the best service to our clients
• Influencing team members and clients to reach to the best outcome 
• Developing Organizational capabilities by adjusting our service to meet market needs and/or launch new products
• Having a strategic approach in the market that firs AIG appetite and helps in building better partnerships
• Abiding and aligning with AIG vision and principles in day-to-day tasks
• Having Insurance market knowledge in terms of products, covers available in the market and market dynamics
• Communication and Working Relationships with Internal Product Towers and External to lead a culture of positive business engagement with all external stakeholders
