Overview
As a Product Manager at Air-tek, you’ll play a key role in delivering high-impact enterprise software to top-tier global airlines. Working closely with a cross-functional scrum team, you will translate product vision into well-defined user stories and ensure the team delivers high-quality, scalable features in alignment with customer needs and business priorities.
 
In this hybrid role based in Toronto, you will be expected to work a minimum of three days per week in the office (Monday, Wednesday and Friday) to support agile ceremonies, collaboration with stakeholders, and rapid iteration
  • Serve as the Product Manager for one or more agile teams, maintaining and prioritizing a clear and actionable product backlog
  • Break down epics into well-defined user stories with clear acceptance criteria and a strong definition of done
  • Collaborate with product managers to align sprint-level priorities with the broader product roadmap
  • Participate in and lead agile ceremonies, including sprint planning, backlog grooming, daily standups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives
  • Act as the voice of the customer, gathering feedback and insights from users, clients, and internal teams
  • Work closely with designers, developers, and QA to bring user-first enterprise products to life
  • Ensure internal and external stakeholders are aligned on product and sprint goal
  • Support release and go-to-market activities in collaboration with the delivery and customer support teams
  • Continuously refine backlog items to ensure clarity, feasibility, and business value
  • 4+ years of experience as a Product Owner and/or Product Manager in agile/Scrum environments, preferably in B2B enterprise software
  • Demonstrated ability to write user stories, prioritize backlogs, and deliver iterative product improvements
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to align diverse stakeholders across product, engineering, delivery, and support
  • Experience working on complex, enterprise-grade software projects with systems integration
  • Solid understanding of Agile principles, SDLC, and modern delivery tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, Figma, Aha)
  • Able to work collaboratively across functional lines and influence without authority
  • Detail-oriented, adaptable, and capable of juggling shifting priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Airline industry experience is an asset, but not required
  • CSPO, PSPO or equivalent (or higher) is an asset, but not required
  • Be part of a world-class, market-led team solving complex problems for a global customer base
