Overview

We are actively searching for a Solution Architect who will play a crucial role in implementing technological solutions to address complex business problems. Given that we build and deploy enterprise software, we are looking for someone who has experience supporting the implementation and integration of our SaaS platform.

Own the high-level technical architecture and integration approach for assigned customer implementations.

Translate customer architecture requirements into scalable and supportable solutions aligned with internal platforms, APIs, and standards.

Lead technical discussions with customers and internal teams on:

APIs and system integrations

Security and authentication (SSO, OAuth, JWT, SAML)

Real-time and batch data processing

Networking, VPNs, and private connectivity (e.g., AWS Privatelink)

Apply best practices for performance, security, monitoring, and messaging architecture.

Oversee and lead environment setup, including cloud setup and connectivity, API enablement, SSO configuration and monitoring

Coordinate initial data setup, bulk data loads, and validation activities.

Lead Production readiness activities including performance testing, security testing, disaster recovery (DR) planning and testing, , and production deployment.

Act as a technical advisor to customers, senior management, and internal engineering teams.

Collaborate closely with Engineering teams to ensure architecture alignment and consistent delivery.

Identify delivery risks early, escalate when needed, and support predictable, high-quality implementations.

Contribute to the standardization of integration, connectivity, and architecture patterns.

Author and maintain technical documentation including architecture diagrams and recurring technical delivery artifacts.

Evaluate tools, frameworks, and technical delivery practices, and recommend improvements to increase efficiency, quality, and reliability.

At least 5 years managing complex enterprise technology implementation projects, in solution architect, IT architect, or other relevant roles.

At least 4 years of hands-on experience in system integration, data architecture, microservices, and API design..

Experience working with stakeholders, business leaders, and development teams to translate business needs into technical solutions

Understanding of integration patterns, including APIs, messaging systems, and ETL workflows.

Understanding of security and authentication mechanisms (OAuth, JWT, SAML) and secure connectivity.

Experience with cloud-based architectures (Preferably AWS) , including networking and private connectivity (VPNs, PrivateLink).

Ability to identify and address API performance bottlenecks and integration inefficiencies.

Strong collaboration skills and experience working with engineering, Cloud-architecture , and delivery teams.

Comfortable operating in environments with evolving requirements and moderate ambiguity.

Nice to Have hands-on experience with message queues or event-streaming platforms (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).

Nice to have Experience contributing to or influencing technical standards and reusable architecture patterns across multiple implementations.

Experience identifying and mitigating technical risks related to scale, security, or operational readiness.

Experience participating in or leading architectural reviews, post-mortems, or delivery process improvement initiatives.

Experience in the airline or travel industry is an asset but is not required.

The salary range for this role is $130,000 to $160,000. In addition to salary, new hires may be eligible to receive stock options. The salary range shared is intended as a guide; the final salary offered may vary based on factors including the experience and skillset of the candidate.
