This position is specific to our Kingman Office.  If you do not live in Kingman, travel will be required.

(Journeyman technicians with 5+ years of experience qualify for the full bonus. Reduced bonus may apply for less experience.)

As a key member of our team, you’ll diagnose, repair, and maintain heating and cooling systems while delivering an exceptional customer experience. You won’t just fix problems—you’ll help customers make confident, informed decisions about their home comfort.

• Communicate effectively with dispatch, management, and installation teams
• Keep your company truck clean, organized, and fully stocked
• Accurately complete service documentation
• Participate in an on-call rotation
• Maintain a professional appearance and positive attitude
• Attend ongoing training to sharpen your skills and advance your career
• Maintain a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
