We provide a proven, reliable and cost effective solution to worldwide special gas delivery equipment needs, including gas cabinets, valve manifold boxes. Beside, we also have capabilities of customizing manifold and controller PLC ; HMI design, and calculation service to ensure customer need is met. ALES ASIA's customers are located all over the world, and our product are widely used in various industry such as semiconductor foundries, LCD, LED, Solar, lab, institute and other applications. We strives for continuous improvement in terms of product quality, production capacity and services. We will always be flexible, innovative, agility and adaptive to meet and exceed customer needs.

Deliver timely and precise technical support aligned with client requirements. Provide long-term on-site support (domestic & international), requiring 1–3 months of annual travel/dispatch to enhance customer satisfaction.

1. Perform on-site equipment retrofits, installation, and testing, and resolve client inquiries during execution.

執行現場既有設備改造、安裝、測試，並解答執行時客戶的相關疑問。

2. Collaborate with Customer Service Engineers to analyze, diagnose, and troubleshoot equipment failures via phone, email, or on-site

和售服工程師合作，通過電話，email或在客戶現場分析、診斷和排除設備的故障問題。

3. Travel to site to perform service activities, resolve any problems at customer sites as required.

到客戶地出差進行服務活動，解決各種設備相關問題。

4. To provide customer training at site for company equipment operation when required.

提供公司設備操作的客戶訓練，在需要時到現場親自執行。

5. To adhere to installation guidelines and industry best practices in order to deliver quality field operations

堅持提供優質的安裝指引和業界最佳的實務經驗。

1. Degree in Engineering 工程學位/電子相關科系
2. Well understanding of Electrical knowledge. Experiences of controller electrical wiring engineering, PLC program edit would be a plus.

對於電氣知識有一定程度的了解，具有設備控制器電路施工, PLC軟體編輯經驗者為佳

3. Ability to face many kinds of technical challenges. Can provide hands on service.

能夠面對各種技術挑戰。並且能夠親自動手施作。

4. Must be able to meet customer's site access requirements such as: background checks, safety training, and cleanroom access (gowning and breathing apparatus)

能夠符合客戶所在場所的訪問要求：背景檢查，安全培訓，和進入潔淨室的規定（著裝和呼吸器）

5. Ability to understand all design drawings such as mechanical and electrical drawings.

須具備設計圖紙如機械和電氣圖紙的理解能力

6. Experiences of Fab construction/facility engineering would be a plus.
