Resumen del Puesto**

Buscamos un miembro para nuestro equipo "Align LATAM" que contribuya activamente a la definicion de procesos y la estandarización de las operaciones en la región. Este rol es fundamental para asegurar la eficiencia y el alineamiento con las estrategias globales dentro LATAM

Responsabilidades del Puesto**

* Colaborar en la implementación y seguimiento de los requerimientos identificados en el proyecto a nivel regional.
* Participar en la definición y documentación de especificaciones funcionales para LATAM.
* Recopilar y analizar datos para identificar oportunidades de mejora y proponer soluciones.
* Brindar soporte y capacitación a los equipos locales en la adopción de nuevas herramientas y metodologías.
* Asegurar la comunicación efectiva entre los equipos regionales y globales.
* Realizar seguimiento del desempeño de los requerimientos y reportar el progreso a las partes interesadas.
* Contribuir al desarrollo de mejores prácticas y al intercambio de conocimientos dentro del equipo Align LATAM.

Calificaciones del Puesto**

* Título universitario en Sistemas, Ingeniería Industrial, Administración de Empresas, o campo relacionado.
* Experiencia mínima de 2 años en roles de implementacion de sistemas y gestión de proyectos.

* Conocimiento de procesos y sistemas de AL Brasil
* Dominio avanzado del idioma portugues e inglés (oral y escrito).
* Fuertes habilidades analíticas y capacidad para resolver problemas.
* Excelentes habilidades de comunicación interpersonal y trabajo en equipo.
* Disponibilidad para viajar dentro de la región LATAM si es necesario.
