Operating in 11 locations in Malaysia, comprising both sales offices and production facilities, Air Liquide supports our customers through providing innovative solutions at every step of their production, including industrial and specialty gases, energy solutions, application technologies and services. With a strong workforce of 400 employees and business growth through our recent acquisition with nationwide presence, this will provide an exciting experience and journey with the opportunity that is unique yet challenging to gauge the integration and synergy processes that will change the entire competition landscape in Malaysia.

You will be the guardian for targets in Cost per Delivered Unit, Load per KM run, Zero Accident and so on; handle daily operations and unexpected issues
and lead to the team strategically to better achievements in short-term and long-term.
- Distribution Planning: Oversee daily route and load planning, lead the Bulk Supply Chain team, and collaborate with production plants to balance supply and demand.
- Fleet Management: Manage the maintenance and utilization of trucks, trailers, and cryogenic tanks to maximize runtime and ensure full regulatory compliance.
- Safety & Compliance: Enforce safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) for drivers, manage compliance documentation, and lead incident investigations with corrective actions.
- Financial Stewardship: Manage the logistics budget and capital expenditure (Capex), analyze monthly distribution costs, and implement cost-saving initiatives.
- Data & Communication: Maintain organized operational records and handle proactive communication across cross-functional and regional teams.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Logistics or relevant field
- At least 5 –7 years of working experience in logistics
- Experience in bulk logistics, background in Chemicals, Oil & Gas, or Industrial Gases is an added advantage
- Detail-oriented, with strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Able to learn and adapt to new requirements, unexpected situations and environments with good anticipation
- Well-refined Google Sheets/Microsoft Excel skills with good formatting, data keeping habits & data analysis techniques
- Knowledge about coding such as Google Apps Script is a plus
