Air Liquide France Industrie brings together the production and marketing of industrial gases in France with four complementary business lines : Large Industry, Industrial Merchant, Electronics and Hydrogen. The subsidiary has 2,400 employees at 58 sites across the country and serves more than 200,000 customers, from the artisan to petrochemical manufacturers, from analytical laboratories to semiconductors and metallurgy.

• Experience: 7+ years of progressive strategic procurement leadership, with at least 3–5 years dedicated to managing complex Professional Services, Legal, Tax, or Intellectual Services portfolios in a regional or European matrix environment.
• Strategic & Commercial Mastery: Demonstrated expertise in executive demand management, MSA negotiation, performance-based pricing models, and governance frameworks (Group Procedures / internal audit alignment).
• Digital Transformation Acumen: Proven track record in scaling digital marketplaces and optimizing procurement technology stacks.
• Executive Presence & Leadership: Exceptional cross-cultural communication and relationship-building skills, with a proven ability to influence C-level stakeholders and navigate complex matrix organizations.
• Education & Languages: Master’s degree in Business, Law, Finance, or Supply Chain Management. Professional fluency in English is mandatory; French or additional European languages are a strong plus.

• Expérience : Plus de 7 ans d'expérience progressive en leadership stratégique des achats, dont au moins 3 à 5 ans dédiés à la gestion de portefeuilles complexes de Prestations Intellectuelles, Juridique, Fiscalité ou Services Professionnels dans un environnement matriciel régional ou européen.
   
• Maîtrise Stratégique & Commerciale : Expertise démontrée dans la gestion de la demande exécutive (Demand Management), la négociation de contrat-cadre (MSA), les modèles de tarification à la performance et les cadres de gouvernance (procédures Groupe / alignement Audit Interne).
   
• Aptitude à la Transformation Digitale : Expérience éprouvée dans le déploiement de marketplaces digitales et l'optimisation des architectures technologiques d'achat.
   
• Envergure Exécutive & Leadership : Excellentes compétences en communication interculturelle et en création de relations, avec une capacité avérée à influencer des interlocuteurs C-Level et à naviguer dans des organisations matricielles complexes.
   
• Formation & Langues : Master (Bac+5) en École de Commerce, Droit, Finance ou Supply Chain Management. Maîtrise professionnelle du français et de l'anglais obligatoire ; une langue européenne supplémentaire est un plus.
