Formation : Diplôme supérieur en Finance/Comptabilité (Master CCA, DCG/ DSCG… ).

Expérience : Minimum 5 à 10 ans d'expérience sur un poste similaire. Une expérience en entreprise (dimension internationale) est requise et un passage en cabinet d'audit/expertise comptable serait un plus.

Compétences techniques :

- Bonnes connaissances en fiscalité d'entreprise et en mécanismes de prix de transfert internationaux.

- Solides bases en techniques de consolidation et gestion des flux intra-groupe.

- Maîtrise d'un ERP (D365) et d'un logiciel de consolidation 

- Anglais professionnel courant indispensable (échanges quotidiens avec les filiales).

Savoir-être :

- Pédagogie et diplomatie : Capacité à animer un réseau, à faire adhérer aux normes du Groupe et à accompagner les équipes locales avec tact.

- Rigueur et autonomie : Capacité à gérer de front des sujets complexes et à prioriser lors des pics d'activité (clôtures, audits).

- Force de proposition : Esprit d'analyse critique pour améliorer les processus existants.
