As the Director of RTR & Treasury – APAC, you won’t just be managing spreadsheets or overseeing month-end close—you will be the chief architect of our regional financial engine. Leading a high-energy team across a diverse and dynamic market, you will integrate Intercompany, Fixed Assets, Complex Consolidations, Balance Sheet Integrity, and Treasury Operations into a seamless, tech-driven powerhouse.

Strategic Direction: Define and execute the long-term vision for the APAC RTR and Treasury functions in alignment with global corporate objectives.
Policy & Compliance: Establish, update, and enforce robust accounting policies, internal controls (SOX/frameworks), and Treasury guidelines across all APAC affiliates.
Stakeholder Management: Act as the primary strategic partner for regional CFOs, corporate finance leaders, and external auditors, ensuring high trust and transparency.
Financial Consolidation & Closing: Lead the month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes for the APAC region, ensuring accurate and timely multi-currency consolidations and management reporting.
Balance Sheet Integrity: Oversee global balance sheet review mechanisms, ensuring high-quality reconciliations, risk identification, and timely remediation of reconciling items.
Specialized Accounting: Drive operational excellence across specialized workstreams, including Intercompany (netting and dispute resolution) and Fixed Assets (lifecycle management and capital tracking).
Treasury Operations: Oversee the regional Treasury team, managing cash flow forecasting, liquidity optimization, bank relationship management, FX risk mitigation, and secure payment execution.
SLA & Performance Ownership: Define, monitor, and elevate critical KPIs and SLAs, moving the organization toward predictive analytics and value-add reporting.
Process Standardization: Drive the harmonization of RTR and Treasury processes across diverse APAC markets, eliminating localized redundancies.
Technology Roadmap: Leverage ERP capabilities (Oracle) and automation tools (e.g., BlackLine, automation/RPA) to accelerate the closing cycle and improve accuracy.
Continuous Improvement: Foster a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging Lean Six Sigma principles to optimize workflows and reduce manual interventions.
Talent Development: Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of managers and accountants, building a robust talent pipeline and a culture of accountability.
Strategic Resourcing: Partner with HR to forecast workforce capabilities, manage capacity planning, and drive cross-training initiatives across the RTR and Treasury workstreams.
Overall Experience: Minimum of 12–15 years of progressive Finance & Accounting experience, with at least 6–8 years in a significant leadership capacity within a regional Shared Services (SSC/GBS) environment.
Scope Track Record: Proven experience managing complex, multi-country RTR operations, including hands-on oversight of Consolidations and Treasury/Cash Management.
System Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Oracle (or equivalent Tier 1 ERP) and specialized financial close/treasury software.
Transformation Experience: Demonstrated track record of leading finance transformation, ERP migrations, or process transitions across the APAC region.
Regional Expertise: Deep understanding of financial regulations, compliance landscapes, and tax implications across diverse APAC countries.
Financial Acumen: Strong technical accounting background (IFRS, US GAAP, or equivalent) coupled with sharp commercial and business acumen.
